Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
If you are not sure about your purchase you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the item ships cancelations are not available.
As per the nature of personal use of these items, I don't offer a Return Policy. No Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final, but if you receive a damaged item or is there something wrong with your order please don't hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For merchandise lost or damaged during transit or defective you can apply for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
As per the artistic hand made nature of the items in this shop I cannot guarantee I will be able to make replacements since most of them are one of a kind and impossible to reproduce as is. Consider if you need a replacement maybe a refund will be the only option available. But every case is different and please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
