What are the earrings made off?
Unless opposite information stated at a specific listing the pieces are made of Polymer Clay and Gold Filled Brass.
Do you have any Discounts?
Each item in this shop is priced after careful consideration based on the hours of work required to create them. For that reason the price of the items will not be discounted due to any special event or holiday.
Can I rush my order?
Ready to Wear items can be shipped quickly, contact me if you have any request. Made to Order items cannot be rushed or expedited because of the many steps they require in manufacture.
How long does ti take to ship?
Ready to wear pieces ship 1-3 days after purchase. Made to order items can take up to 10 business days to ship after purchase. Free National Standard Shipping 5-7 days is available for all US orders and there are also shipping upgrades available at checkout to expedite transit times.
What are the Shipping Upgrades?
The Shipping Upgrades are extra charges to your order if you want to ship it though a specific carrier or want to expedite transit times but these upgrades will not influence in the Processing Times so consider that Made to Order items will take their due time in manufacture.

Can I return the jewelry?
As per the nature of personal use of these items, I don't offer a Return Policy. No Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final, but if you receive a damaged item or is there something wrong with your order please don't hesitate to contact me at info@trichestudio.com.
Can I cancel my order if the items have not shipped yet?
If you are not sure about your purchase you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the item ships cancelations are not available.
What happens if my order gets lost during transit?
Do not worry I am here to help. I will make my best to locate your package but as per the artistic hand made nature of the items in this shop I cannot guarantee I will be able to make replacements since most of them are one of a kind and impossible to reproduce as is. Consider if you need a replacement maybe a refund will be the only option available. But every case is different and please contact me at info@tarichestudio.com
Can you tell me what techniques you use to create your earrings?
I use a lot of different polymer clay techniques but the specific esthetics I achieve through my research are trade secret.
